Darlene MauroFrank MauroFrank & Darlene Mauro: Frank and Darlene purchased the business in 2002 with no prior background in printing—they have learned tons of printing facts since then—and still learn every day.  Frank does all the purchasing, plant management, finishing, shipping, and general stewing.  Darlene is responsible for marketing and bookkeeping and pinch hits with customer service tasks when necessary.  They are excited about all the different printed items the shop produces—their move to the “one stop shop” for printing has been a challenging, but successful one.  Darlene and Frank invite you to stop in any time and take the 25 cent tour of the shop!

Customer Service / Quotes

f
Patricia TolbertPatricia Tolbert: Pat has spent most of her career in the printing industry.  She came to NW Printed Solutions in 2004 and remains an integral part of the operations of the shop.  The title Estimator / Order Writer barely begins to describe the tasks she performs in a day.  Her experience is invaluable in the initial stage of a printing project and her vast knowledge of paper stocks can be relied upon to help you achieve your end result.  You may find Pat in any area of the shop at any given time, as her expertise is always in demand…from the press itself, to the paper swatch area, to the cutter…wherever the action is, there you will find Pat.

Ashley SingleAshley Single: The cheerful voice you hear on the phone when you call NWPS belongs to Ashley.  She enjoys helping you with your project when you are at the counter—design ideas, paper selection, project specs—or will send you to the person in the shop who can best help you.  She has great customer service skills and her attitude really helps make us “can do” printers.  Ashley has a lot of experience with digital presses as well as skills in the large format arena.

Letterpress Operation

f

Dwight Pelky: Dwight began his career in printing in 1955, while he was in the 10th grade.  He can make the letterpress produce incredible jobs:  foil stamping, embossing, die cutting.  The title “press operator” just doesn’t fit Dwight—he is a craftsman. Dwight no longer works every day, but feel free to call ahead to make sure he is here—then come by and watch him make this fascinating machine sing!
