Vinyl Labels
Vinyl Labels are waterproof (not intended to be submerged). They are provided kiss-cut, where the label is cut to size but is left on a larger backing paper. They are easily peeled off the backing paper and ready to apply to many items (with non-porous surfaces). Most comonly used for product labeling and branding. They are generally easier and faster to peel than die-cut stickers.

Stock Choices:
• Intermediate White Vinyl - Gloss or Matte finish - 4 mil permanent grey solvent adhesive. Grey back will block out what label is placed on, especially when label has heavy ink coverage. Minimal light transfer.
• Standard White Vinyl - Gloss or Matte finish - 4 mil permanent clear aqueous adhesive. White back may allow some very dark colors below label to be slightly visible, when label has minimal ink coverage. Some light transfer.
• Removable White Vinyl - Matte finish - 3 mil removable grey aqueous adhesive for indoor or short term outdoor. Lower strength adhesive allows label to be removed. Not reusable/repositionable, vinyl typically damaged during removal.
• Ultra High-tac White Vinyl - Gloss finish - 4 mil solvent adhesive - Much stronger adhesion than other vinyl, rated at 6.39 lb/square inch.
Cut shape:
Vinyl Labels can be cut to almost any shape. Standard shapes are squares and rectangles, circles and ovals, squares with rounded corners, as well as custom shapes.
Optional Lamination:
Lamination can be applied for an addtional cost. The options are matte and gloss and anti-graffiti (which can be used as a dry-erase surface). All laminations add UV and abrasion protection.
Color: Printed full color on one side (4/0). Prices include printing to the edge (with bleed).
1) Specify your Product Details
Select your product details in the “Job Specifications” area on this page. For example: Give you project a title. Select the quantity, paper, etc.
2) Click the “Custom Quote” button
This will automatically enter your Product Details into our Custom Quote form, on the next page.
3) Confirm Details
Please enter any additional instructions, information or clarifications about your project in the “Special Instructions” box. You can also modify any Specifications. Please note that some combinations may not be available.
4) Attach Files
If you have any files prepared please attach them in the “Attachments” section.
5) Submit for Quote
Click “Submit” and it will let us know you want pricing on this product. We will prepare pricing for your project and send you an Estimate shortly.
6) Confirm Pricing and Place Order
Once you receive the estimate, please check the pricing. If you would like to proceed with printing your project, please add it to your cart and check out.
7) Checkout
You can attach your final file here or continue if we already have your print ready file. Select your payment method and shipping address. Click Continue to review your order. Click on Submit to finish. Your credit card will be charged and we will email you your invoice immediately.
