Guidelines for Cut Vinyl Lettering:

Simple fonts are recommended. San-serif fonts tend to work better.

All text should be at least 1/2" tall. If your fonts are smaller we may not be able to plot. If it is possible there may be additional charges for smaller fonts.

The space between characters and other design elements should be at least 1/8”.

Main strokes, line weights, or art elements should be a minimum of 1/8”.

Minimum pick size of 1/8”.

Pricing typically includes 8 standard picks with a Maximum of 40 picks per square foot.

Additional picks may incure an additional charge per pick, depending on difficulty/intricacy.

Intricately cut stickers will be custom quoted based on difficulty and time required to pick among other factors.

Note: "Picks" are the areas of the letters or graphics that will be removed after plotting. Orders with over 8 standard picks with a maximum of 40 picks per square foot may incure additioanl charges.

1) Choose your Product
Select a product by clicking on the product name. Fill out the product details: project title, quantity, paper, bindery details, etc. and proceed to file upload area to upload your files.
2) Upload files
After you upload the files please click on the Continue button to add the product into the shopping cart. Choose the turnaround time and proceed to checkout.
3) Checkout
Select your payment method and shipping address. Click Continue to review your order. Click on Submit to finish. Your credit card will be charged and we will email you your invoice immediately.
